POST...There is no Post Office in Almerimar. The closest is in El Ejido of the main street. Stamps can be obtained from most Tobacs and newsagents in the port.

Mail can be received at the marina. But no security, hence they will not, usualy, accept signed-for packages.

Mail and parcels can be sent to Jane at ‘Buy & Sell' on the east side of Darsena 1. Tel: 9 50 497503 Mob: 6 80 79 79 12 there is a handling charge of 1€ per item or rent a mail-box. She can also send faxes.

For sending mail there are a number of post boxes in the marina, including one in the Port Office and one opposite the newsagent on Darsena 3 and one in the showers on darcena 2. The newsagent on darcena 3 (opposite thee post box) will weigh small parcels for you and supply correct stamps. Most reliable though is to take post to Elijido...
